While researching this topic, I came across a lot of blogs, government notices, NGO websites, and companies that are trying to reverse the problem of improper waste management and change it into something that can be done by anyone and everyone. They devised schemes that are like a fun activity so that more and more people will join in while also appealing to children and the youth, who can understand these tasks easily and also have fun while doing them.
A scheme like paying money to the waste depositor is a wonderful idea that can be adopted by every country. It doesn’t matter if the national government isn’t the one managing or launching these schemes. After all, if even NGOs or other industries involved in the waste management industry can do this, then we can all agree that this is a wonderful idea and can be implemented.

But the main question then arises. Where will these small companies get the money to pay the waste depositors? This issue arises because no matter what, waste management involves a lot of industries, sometimes up to more than twenty industries! In this case, a lot of workers (laborers) also work in these industries and need to be paid a daily wage for their hardwood. In addition, sometimes, there is equipment that is required by the workers. These types of equipment are also brought with money. Hence, we can see that money would become the main issue for small companies and NGOs to handle, especially to pay depositors.
In times like these, asking for loans can work, but that can backfire if they do not manage to raise enough money in time. In another method, they can create fund-raising schemes but most people are selfish and look for their own gain in life. And honestly, that’s understandable. Some people who are interested in these schemes may not be able to contribute much but any contribution, even a small amount of money or in the form of help to reach more people is help and everyone would be grateful for any form of it. If the government supports these industries, they can actually work towards a scheme like this.
So, in conclusion, yes, these types of schemes can be launched in India, but only if there are enough supporters and funds for them, which means that spreading awareness and the willingness of people to participate are the main pointers to always keep in mind.
