The 47-run victory is RCB’s fifth in a row, making them the first team to do so in this edition of the IPL.
They had lost seven of their first eight matches. But the five-match unbeaten run after that has reignited their hopes of finishing in the top four on the table.
Currently, RCB are No. 5 on the table with 12 points and their final league game is against defending champions Chennai Super Kings in Bengaluru on May 18.
