The case stems from a teenage girl in Kerala’s Pathanamthitta district who has alleged sexual abuse by around 64 people over four years, including coaches, classmates, and locals.
The abuse is said to have occurred at various locations, including sports camps. The girl, now 18, revealed her ordeal during a school counseling session, prompting a police case after intervention by the child welfare committee.
