Begin by cutting the paneer into cubes. Now grate some garlic and using your hands, coat it all over the paneer. Next, take the spices and again coat and toss the paneer till all the cubes are well-coated. Take some besan (grab flour) and sprinkle it all over the paneer pieces. Toss once more so all the cubes are coated. Heat oil in a kadhai (wok) and fry the paneer pieces. Spread a paper towel on a plate and transfer the Paneer Tikkas on it. Once all Paneer Tikkas are cooked, transfer these to a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala on top (optional) and serve with your favourite chutney or dip. Enjoy!
