There is no harm in marrying a guy with the same blood group, but it may be harmful if you marry the opposite Rh guy and it can be managed with proper treatment.

Here is an example:

1. If you are O+ and your partner is also O+, it means both are carrying Rh+ factor, so there is no ill effect in marrying your partner with your same blood group. 
2. But the woman is at risk when she has a negative Rh factor (example: O-) and her partner has a positive Rh factor (example: O +).
