Social media users were in disbelief Sunday when they saw Donald Trump’s Health Services Secretary RFK Jr with McDonald’s Big Mac and a Coca-Cola. While it is not odd to see Trump having such junk food, RFK Jr was a shock as he has been championing Make America Healthy Again — declaring war against junk food.
Doctors on social media disapproved of the meal that brought smiles to the faces of Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Donald Trump Jr, Kennedy Jr and Mike Johnson on Trump Force One. “Soooo….. Make America Healthy Again with McDonalds I guess? Let’s hear the excuses. Full sugar Coca Cola. Crappy burgers and fries. I love a good trolling,” one doctor posted on X.

“Even RFK can’t say no to McDonald’s on Trump Force One,” one user posted.
One X account said Trump Force One has a mini McDonald’s fryer installed so that Trump can have his favorite food on flight and also can serve fried to his guests.
‘Is he really going to make me eat this?’
Many social media users pointed to Kennedy’s weird expressions and interpreted that he was not at all enthusiastic to eat the meal. But many other social media users called him a hypocrite for eating fast food and Coca-Cola while announcing a crusade against processed foods.
“RFK Jr. said on Fox & Friends that he didn’t have a problem with fast food or McDonald’s he was just against ‘seed oil.’ McDonald’s cooks its fries in seed oil. He is also drinking a Coke with high fructose corn syrup. This man is a complete fraud,” journalist Juliet Jeske posted on the @decodingfoxnews account.

“RFK jr: Vaccines are bad for you. But a McDonald’s quarter pounder, 10 chicken nuggets, fries and a Coca Cola, that what makes America healthy again,” British political commentator Ali Milani posted on X.
Those who defended Kennedy Jr also said he needed to taste the food before fixing it.
