The actress got married to Ranbir Kapooron April 14 last year. For her wedding she wore an ivory and gold saree by Sabyasachi with a matching sheer dupatta.The actress decided to wear the same saree sans the dupatta for the 69th National Film Awards ceremony in Delhi. She could have chosen to wear any designer’s creation for the special occasion but she didn’t and this decision of hers has impressednetizens who always wonder why celebrities don’t repeat their outfits. She was accompanied by her husband Ranbir Kapoor for the function.
