NEW DELHI: Zomato reported net profit of Rs 36 crore on a consolidated basis in the September quarter, marking its second consecutive quarter of profitability. The food deliveryfirm had posted net profit of Rs 2 crore in the June quarter, largely aided by a tax gain and loss of Rs 251 crore in Q2FY23. “The growth momentum we witnessed in Q1FY24 continued in Q2FY24, driven by healthy growth across all our businesses,” founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal said in a letter to shareholders on Friday.
