A civil servant should face new circumstances, issues and concerns arise on a daily basis, and the Civil Servant must be prepared to address these challenges. As a result, the task is difficult. But it’s all worthwhile! There are no benefits if there are no losses.
It is completely your opinion due to hectic work, political pressure, a lot of transfers, family, kids, etc. As justified above I can conclude it by saying yes, it is highly overrated.
